All submitted files are used only for the purpose of providing editing and proofreading services. We store client documents securely and delete them upon request or after your project is completed.

Payment information is processed through secure, encrypted payment systems to ensure your data is always protected.

Terms & Conditions

By using Avon Editing Services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Agreement

We provide professional editing and proofreading services for academic, professional, and creative work. The client is responsible for ensuring that submitted materials are their own original work and comply with any applicable academic or publication guidelines.

2. Confidentiality

All documents and communications are treated as confidential. Your files will not be shared with anyone outside of Avon Editing Services without your permission.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due in full before work begins. All editing services will be done only on the number of pages paid and specified for.

Refunds may be issued within 7 days of delivery if the client is dissatisfied and can demonstrate that the work did not meet the agreed-upon scope or service level. Refunds are not available once revisions or follow up edits have begun.

4. Turnaround Time

We make every effort to meet agreed deadlines. However, Avon Editing Services is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, client response delays, or force majeure events).

5. Liability

Avon Editing Services strives for accuracy and quality in all edits, but we cannot guarantee publication acceptance or specific academic grades. Final responsibility for the content remains with the author.

6. Revisions

Minor revision requests related to the same document are welcome within 5 days of delivery. Additional edits or substantial rewrites may require a new service order.
